Description

5 - 7 years’ experience configuring, upgrading, administering and maintaining Quality Center v11, Performance Center v11 and Quick Test Pro v1.
Knowledge of HP Licensing structure. (35 site for USA and Canada; 10 area license for the rest of the world)
Experience training users on new systems.
5- 7 years’ experience in creating and executing performance/load test scripts, particularly on websites
Basic windows scripting ability

Basic Duties/Responsibilities:

Administer, upgrade and maintain Quality Center v11
Administer, upgrade and maintain Performance Center v11
Administer, upgrade and maintain Quick Test Pro v1.
Maintenance of HP Licensing structure.
Train Users on HP Tools.
Perform Performance/load testing support as needed, as applicable and as available
Perform other QA Tools Admin duties as assigned
Perform all duties in accordance with TycoIS' Change Management process, as applicable and required

Description of Services to be performed

Quality Assurance Tools Maintenance: - We have 2 Quality Center servers, 4 Quick Test Pro servers, 11 Performance Center servers including site scope. (All
Clear Temp files, Clear results log files
Take Registry backups
Restart the server in maintenance mode
Restart the required manual services
Check connectivity issues after restart
Troubleshoot for any issues after restart (service is not restarting, user not able to access the tool or some data loss etc.....)
