Requirements: Perform target based Requirement based testing (Hardware- Software/Software-Software and Low level) as per Do-178B Level A guidelines.  Perform Peer Reviews and Analysis of requirements and test artifacts. Technical Problem resolution & Troubleshooting Perform Test Case generation, Test Scripting and Test Execution on a test station or Target System. Should be able to work on Software Configuration Management tools like PVCS/Clear Case. Perform Static and Dynamic Structural Coverage analysis using tools.  Is able to use scripting languages Python, Perl, C# for generating test scripts. Work closely with other team members for project success Identify and support in automating the processes and project artifacts generation. Perform effective technical documentation. Ability to work independently for self assigned tasks Ability to handle a team of 2 to 3 members and be technical focal for achieving competency and project milestones Support Technical Leads in training the team members Support technical leads in identifying improvement areas and develop alternate strategies for improvement posses strong oral and written communication skills Qualification: Candidate should be a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (B.E/BTech) preferably in Electronics or computer science. Candidate must have at least 3 to 6 years of experience in testing avionics software per DO178 Level A/B guidelines. Strong understanding of Electronics fundamentals and Digital Signal Processing. Should have participated in all phases of VnV Testing on 2 to 3 projects for at least 6 to 8 months duration in each project  Good understanding on Software Development Life Cycle. Understands fairly various Software Test methodologies (Black Box vs. White Box, software Integration vs. Hardware Software Integration testing). Candidates with strong programming and testing skills in C/C# and any assemble languages desired. Good exposure to tools like LDRA, Code Composer, Mbunit, Visual DSP Should posses good analytical and problem solving skills. Should have capability of handling team of 2 team members
