Description This role involves designing, developing and managing web-based testing by using test Plans, test cases and test automation. Candidate has to coordinate with Product and Engineering teams in resolving specification/features related queries, develop and maintain test documents, automate test cases and perform tests that varies from UI to Framework and to Functional testing and performance testing.   Exposure to automation tools like QTP / Selenium will be an added advantage. Primary Responsibilities: 4-6 years of Testing Experience Good understanding of testing concepts and best practises.  Ability to analyze functional specifications and resolve any issues with the product team. Creating Test design specifications. Automation and maintenance of test scripts. Regression Management  Effective Bug Management Must have hands on experience in creating test strategy, test plan and creating the Test checklist based on the test strategy & plan. Automating web based applications using tools like QTP or selenium. Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines to achieve desired outcomes. Ability to mentor juniors and new comers. Passionate about quality and software testing.
