Description Design, develop, document, and maintain manual tests suites for web and mobile applications Adhere to software engineering best practices and standards using QC 11.0 and TFS Conduct peer test case reviews and mentor junior associates Collaborate with other technical resources to suggest improvements for processes, best practices, and standards and understand requirements Ability to spot automation opportunities Functional test experience Test case design Ability to carry out requirement walkthrough, test case review, estimation, documentation QC 11.0 hands on experience Experience facilitating triage meetings Openly receives constructive feedback and willingly considers/respects other associate’s views Solution oriented attitude in the design, tets case development, and support of software or automation Ability to perform technical and functional analysis Works effectively in team role and as individual contributor Quickly learns and applies new technical skills Good written and verbal communication skills About Company: The primary objective of the Personal Investments (PI) team in India is to enable the PI businesses, working with our IT business partners in the US.
