Description At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology skills. QA Lead with overall knowledge of test methodologies. Specifically related to web services (SOAP, REST based) and UI functional tests (Selenium). Candidate must have good knowledge of QA certification processes - From requirements analysis, test case design to test planning and execution. Must be able to define quality metrics that will drive success of the project (Test coverage, Automation, Execution/Certification time, Defect Escape).  Must have capability to evangelize new ideas in terms of adopting new tools or test plans and lead team members to practice these ideas.
