Description Having 4 years of experience in SQL DBA production support experience on SQL Server 2000/2005/2008. Providing 24/7 On-Call support for critical production databases.Read More... Experience in installation, migration and upgrading SQL server under the role of DBA. Managed security, logins, roles and permissions on different database objects. Proficient in Database Backup, Recovery and Disaster Recovery procedures. Monitoring space on server, handling issues with Log files, Shrinking Log and Data files. Experience in Database Consistency Checks using DBCC commands and checking server status using DMV’s. Experience in SQL Server High Availability technologies like Database Mirroring, Log shipping, and Replication for assuring the at most uptime of databases. Had hands on experience on BMC Patrol monitoring tool and IDERA’s SQL Diagnostic Manager to monitor SQL Server Instances. Creating Weekly and Monthly analysis reports for the Database Growth and Performance Statistics. Well versed with project responsibilities such as planning and implementation. Administered, maintained, developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the databases as per SLA.
