Description Remote monitoring of Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 servers which includes of Performance, uptime, website status, web based application & server resources Responding to Alerts on monitoring tools Identify the root cause and troubleshoot Troubleshoot Web Application, website issues & IIS Work closely with various teams for early issue closures Handle Level1 Escalations, and adhere to escalation matrix Provide necessary information/observations/logs & all required support to next level for diagnose a reported/escalated problem  Address Details: Mantri Commercio – Tower B, 5th Floor, Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, Devarabisanahalli, Bellandur Post, BANGALORE, Karnataka - 560103,India
