Description
- Customer Data Management team is involved in performing the duplicate customer merges that crept in to the GSI system through incorrect set up or various data Migrations.
- It is also engaged in researching, Managing, Classifying and updating the Standard Industrial code for the newly setup customers in Oracle database while trying to maintain overall customer data quality thereby enabling us to provide one consistent view of our customers for all financial transactions.
- The emphasis is on maintaining the integrity of invoices in the Oracle system.
- We also manage customer data migrations of different acquisitions of Oracle in to Global Single Instance.
Job Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Open to Shifts (24/7), working on weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work well with others and other LOB’s
- Team player with proven analytical skills.
