Description Applicants should have 3-10 years of post-graduate industry experience in system and transistor level architecture/design/test/verification/support of high-volume, full-custom analog and mixed-signal PMICs and PMUs for use in mobile telecommunication, computing and consumer electronic devices.  Experience specifying, integrating and testing PMICs in phone type systems are required. Qualification: Ability to work with common lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, JTAG debugger, frequency counters, etc. Significant industry experience designing and implementing test programs in C/C++, Perl, Labview, VisualBasic, Matlab. Hands on experience with board and device debug is a plus. Knowledge of Cadence design tools, power grid modeling, ultra-low-power system architectures and expertise in modeling languages like VerilogAMS, VerilogA or VerilogPLI is a plus. Knowledge in power, mixed-signal, or analog PCB design including CAD interface. Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and document work thoroughly. Responsibilities     The successful candidate will work with QCTs Power Systems and Analog Power Management Teams to define, implement, test and support state of the art power systems and circuits for a variety of mobile devices and platforms.
