Description Design layouts for various RF/Analog circuits like: DC/DC converters, LDOs, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, DLLs, VCOs, LNAs, Mixers, Filters, etc. Work with top level layout designers. Communicate efficiently with schematic designers and provide consistent and timely feedback. Create technical documentation and presentations.  Identify problems and propose solutions in a concise manner. Create area and parasitic efficient layouts. Qualifications Required: Industrial RF, Analog or Mixed-signal CMOS layout experience. Understanding of the electrical engineering concepts or RF, Analog or Mixed-signal circuits. Understanding of submicron and deep-submicron CMOS processes: PMIC Layout engineers will be expected to have <200nm experience. RF & Mixed-signal will be expected to have <65nm experience Desired: Interpersonal communication skills. Ability to perform in a dynamic, team oriented environment.  Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
