Description
  • Design layouts for various RF/Analog circuits like: DC/DC converters, LDOs, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, DLLs, VCOs, LNAs, Mixers, Filters, etc.
  • Work with top level layout designers.
  • Communicate efficiently with schematic designers and provide consistent and timely feedback.
  • Create technical documentation and presentations. 
  • Identify problems and propose solutions in a concise manner.
  • Create area and parasitic efficient layouts.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Industrial RF, Analog or Mixed-signal CMOS layout experience.
  • Understanding of the electrical engineering concepts or RF, Analog or Mixed-signal circuits.
  • Understanding of submicron and deep-submicron CMOS processes:
  • PMIC Layout engineers will be expected to have <200nm experience.
  • RF & Mixed-signal will be expected to have <65nm experience

  • Ability to perform in a dynamic, team oriented environment. 
  • Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
