- Must possess an aggregate of 65 % & above in BE (2013 and 2014 pass-outs only)
- 2M.Tech candidates should possess an aggregate of 65% & above in BE/ B.Tech as well as M.Tech (2014 pass-outs only)
- Must possess an aggregate of 65% & above in PUC / Diploma and SSLC
- Should not have any Standing backlogs
