Description
- Candidate has to perform the Service Desk Support where multiple users across the globe will call or send e-mail to fulfil their requests.
- The candidates should log the ticket and route it as appropriate and also they have to monitor the important application processes and batch component
- We are looking candidates who have 60% in 10th, +2 & Degree (BSC Computer Science / IT or BCA) with out any backlogs (arrears)
- Only Male Candidates (production support late hours)
- Decent Communication
- Willing to sign 3 years bond
- If performance is good then after 18 to 24 months can get into Engineering Streams like Development, Support, Testing.
