Description 5+ years of industry software development experience with a Bachelor's and preferably Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent Expertise in one of the areas of management plane, control plane, data plane and protection software in an embedded system Highly motivated, result oriented and in-depth technical knowledge of carrier-class system in one or more of the following areas: RTOS, Ethernet/IP/MPLS, IP Stack, GMPLS/OTN/WDM, Framework and Infrastructure, redundancy, database, system management Strong knowledge of OS internals, data structure and OO design, C/C++ programming skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Experience working with remote development teams is strongly desired Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
