Description Good knowledge on Optical Systems domain and embedded systems. Good Knowledge on optical amplifiers (EDFA, RAMAN), mux/de-mux, OADM, WSS, AWG, VOA, MPD. Good knowledge on Software Development cycle and testing terminologies, phases. Internship in an Embedded System’s organization will be an advantage. Exposure in design and implementation of complex academic project in Optical domain. Knowledge of Ethernet, SONET/SDH, OTN technology will be added advantage. Required Skills & Knowledge: Develop cross functional feature test plans based on system requirements. Execution of functional test cases for multi-threaded, multi-process, real time system. Provide detailed reports of test execution, defect analysis. Develop automated tests using scripting languages TCL/TK, Perl. Make continuous improvements to Test coverage, execution and automation.
